DEMAND NOTE

Principal Amount Carlisle, Pennsylvania
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the undersigned Lakeside Holding Company, Inc. and Mark H. Bricker and
Buddy L. Hartman, Jr. promise to pay to the order of Michael A. Cassidy and Jeffrey A. Goss the sum of
Three Hundred Seventy Thousand and 00/100 Dollars ($370,000.00) with annual interest at five (5.00%)
percent on the unpaid balance from date hereof. The full unpaid principal and any earned interest shall be fully
due and immediately payable UPON DEMAND of any holder of this note.
Upon failure to make payment within 90 days of demand, and should this note be turned over for collection the
undersigned shall pay all reasonable legal fees and costs of collection. All parties to this note whether as
maker, endorser, guarantor or surety waive presentment, demand notice of non payment, protest and notice of
protest and agree to remain fully bound notwithstanding the release of any party or extension, renewal,
indulgence, modification of terms or discharge or substitution of any collateral for this note. The undersigned
shall be jointly and severally liable under this note.
This note shall be enforced in accordance with the laws of the state above. All payment hereunder shall be
made to such address as any holder from time to time designate. The makers sign this note as principals and
not as surety.
And to secure the payment of said amount, I do hereby empower, authorize, irrevocably, Prothonotary's Office
and/or any attorney of any Court of Record to appear for me in such Court, in term time or vacation, at any time
hereafter, and confess judgment, without process, in favor of the holder of this Note, for such amount as may
appear to be unpaid thereon, whether due or not together with costs, and to waive and release all errors which
may intervene in such proceedings and to consent to immediate execution upon such judgment, with five (5%)
percent attorney's fees charged; hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said attorney may do by virtue
hereof.
WAIVER
IN EXECUTING THIS NOTE, I UNDERSTAND THE TRANSACTION, AND KNOWINGLY AND
VOLUNTARILY WAIVE MY RIGHTS TO CONTEST THE ENTRY OF THIS JUDGMENT AGAINST ME IN
COURT, AND DO HEREBY CONSE TO THE ENTRY OF THIS JUDGMENT BY CONFESSION.
