We dispute the summons as put forth. The plaintiff has been offered means of
satisfaction, and has refused to work with us or GHS Solutions who has been requested to
handle our outstanding debt affairs.
Due to financial hardship, rather than file bankruptcy, we have entered into an
arrangement with GHS Solutions, an accredited member of TASC. We have faith that
given the opportunity to run its course this program will satisfy our debt obligations, and
we pray that the arrangement be allowed to continue.
