AND NOW, this 6th day of October, 2010, having received no response to the Notice of the
Register of Wills, issued on September 21, 2010, of her intent to open the probate record, this notice
being in response to the Petition for the Revocation of Grant of Letters of Administration and Request
Grant of Letters Testamentazy filed by Cazlita R. Owens and her attorney George F. Douglas, III,
IT IS DECREED that the probate record is opened to admit the instrument dated August 21, 1990, as
the Last Will and Testament of Carl L. Owens.
IT IS FURTHER DECREED that the Letters of Administration issued to Cazlita R. Owens aze
amended to Letters of Administration c.t.a. as the named executor in the Last Will and Testament is a law
firm that is no longer in existence; the residuary heirs of the estate are Carlita R. Owens, Dyan S. Owens
and Joseph P. Owens; and Dyan S. Owens and Joseph P. Owens have renounced their right to serve as
administrators.
Upon consideration of the above-stated facts, Cazlita R. Owens shall continue with her
administration of this estate according to law.
