f/n/a KATHLEEN V. SIKES, 19 North Independence Boulevard, New Castle, Delaware, in the
amount of $67,483.76, plus interest of 5.75% per annum from the date of judgment, attorneys' fees
and costs of suit, minus any amount already paid.
