DECREE OF THE REGISTER OF WILLS
AND NOW, this 1St day of October 2010, upon after hearing testimony on the Petition for
Probate of Lost Will, and the burden of proof having been met, the document purported to be a
photocopy of the Last Will and Testament of Ruth A. Long, deceased, is admitted to probate. Letters
Testamentary shall be granted to Jesse W. Long and Maynard L. Long.
Jesse W. Long and Maynard L. Long shall have all the rights and duties of fiduciaries under the
laws of Pennsylvania and shall proceed with the administration of this estate according to law.
