COMPLAINT
1. Plaintiffs, David J. Raudabaugh and Joyce A. Raudabaugh, are adult individuals
residing at 60 Sunnyside Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17015.
2. Defendant, Laura Davis, is an adult individual with a last known address of 16
Centennial Avenue, Hanover, York County, Pennsylvania 17331.
3. On or about June 22, 2009, Plaintiffs and Defendant entered into a written residential
lease agreement ("Residential Lease") whereby Defendant agreed to rent the premises at 106 Sable
Drive, Carlisle, Cumberland County, Pensylvanial7013 ("Premises"). A true and correct copy of
the Residential Lease is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"
4. The Residential Lease ended on or about July 1, 2010.
5. After an inspection of the Premises, Plaintiff determined that Defendant caused
damages in the amount of $2,781.34, along with rent due for the month of June, 2010, in the amount
of $1,000.00. See list of damages attached hereto as Exhibit "B".
6. Defendant has failed and refuses to pay the outstanding charges as stated above.
7. Pursuant to the Lease Agreement,. Defendant is indebted to the Plaintiff for damages
as stated above, plus costs of suit and attorney fees.
Defendant has breached the lease for the reasons stated above.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiffs demand judgment in their favor and against Defendant in the
amount of $3,781.34, plus costs of suit, interest, any additional damages discovered hereafter, and
attorney fees in the amount of $500.00.
