AND NOW, this /~ day of October, 2010, upon consideration of the attached
Petition to Sell Real Estate, it is hereby Ordered that the Permanent Plenary Guardian of
the Estate of Sybil Arms, also known as Sibyl E. Arms, is hereby authorized to sell the
real estate owned by Sibyl E. Arms at 1416 Market Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania "AS IS -WHERE IS" with all faults and current conditions to
Atlantic Central Bankers Bank for the sum of $47,500.00 and said Guardian is also
authorized to execute any and all documents relating to the sale by signing as Guardian of
the Person and Estate of Sybil Arms, also known as Sibyl E. Arms.
