consideration of the First and Final Account of Paula Sylvester,
Executrix for the Estate of Warren P. Wickwire, and of the
objections of W. Peter Wickwire, Jr., to the first and final
account and statement of proposed distribution, the account will
not be confirmed at this time, and counsel are requested to
contact the Court within a period of 1 week to advise the Court
as to whether an auditor should be appointed in this matter.
