10/19/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that he made a diligent search
and inquiry for the within named defendant to wit: Scot Myers, but was unable to locate him in his
bailiwick. He therefore returns the within Complaint and Notice as not found as to the defendant Scot
Myers. Current resident of 108 Valley Street 166, Summerdale, PA 17093 advised Deputies, Scot Myers
was the previous owner of this residence. The Enola Postmaster has confrmed, Scot Myers has moved
and left no forwarding address.
