PETITION TO WITHDRAW AS COUNSEL PURSUANT TO PA.R C P 1012(d)
AND NOW, comes counsel for the Estate of Allen L. Weikel, GERBER &
ASSOCIATES, and files the within Petition to Withdraw and, in support thereof, sets forth the
following:
Petitioner is GERBER & ASSOCIATES, counsel of record for the Estate of Allen
L. Weikel.
2. Respondents are Peggy A. Floyd, the appointed executrix of this estate, Justin
Snow, an intestate heir and grandson of the late Allen L. Weikel, and Jennifer Snow, an intestate
heir and granddaughter of the late Allen L. Weikel.
3. Letters Testamentary were issued to Peggy Floyd on May 28, 2010.
4. Thereafter, GERBER & ASSOCIATES began administering this estate.
5. Peggy Floyd now wishes to administer the estate without the counsel of GERBER
& ASSOCIATES and wishes to terminate its representation of her as the executrix and/or the
estate.
6. Under the circumstances, Petitioner has been discharged by the estate's
administrator and therefore must withdraw pursuant to Pennsylvania Professional Conduct Rule
1.16(a)(3).
7. The last known address of Peggy Floyd is 3658 Roundtop Road, Elizabethtown,
Pennsylvania 17022.
8. The last known address of Justin Snow is 4908 Deer Street, Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania 17111.
9. The last known address of Jennifer Snow, 3658 Roundtop Road, Elizabethtown,
Pennsylvania 17022.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that this Court grant its Petition to
Withdraw as Counsel in the above-captioned matter.
