SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
10/18/2010 10:55 AM - Shawn Gutshall, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on Octobe
18, 2010 at 1055 hours, attached as herein commanded all goods, chattels, rights, debts, credits, and
monies of the within named defendant, to wit: Nathan Weiler, in the hands, possession, or control of the
within named garnishee, PNC Bank, 100 Mount Allen Drive, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17055, by handing to Pam Thompson, Floating Teller, personally three copies of
interrogatories together with three true and attested copies of the writ of execution and made the contents
there of known to her.
10/27/2010 05:00 PM - Robert Bitner, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on October
27, 2010 at 1700 hours, he served a true copy of the within writ of execution, upon the defendant, to wit:
Nathan Weiler, by making known unto David Weiler, father of Defendant and Adult in Charge, at 1208
Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17055 its contents and at the same time
handing to him personally the said true and correct copy of the same. Upon serving the writ of execution,
a levy was completed. Postcard and copy of levy mailed to attorney and letter mailed to defendant on
10-29-10 to Nathan Weiler, 1208 Brandt Road, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
12/03/2010 Ronny R. Anderson, Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states this writ of execution is
returned STAYED, per request from plaintiff's attorney. Plaintiff recovered $ 2,500.00.
