AND NOW, this ~¢~ day of D~L~ , 2010, it is hereby
ORDERED and DECREED as follows:
1. The settlement terms as set forth in the Petition for Approval of Minor's
Settlement of the claim of William J. Krasevic, Jr., are hereby approved.
2. The Court specifically approves the settlement offer in the amount of Five
Thousand, Five Hundred Dollars ($5,500.00). This payment is to be
distributed in accordance with Pa. R.C.P. 2039 as follows:
Attorney Fees (25%)
Schmidt Kramer PC (2/3) - $916.67
John B. Manke 1 3 - $458.33

Schmidt Kramer PC -Costs to Date $ 392.53
Lien: Socrates, Inc. $ 609.03
Invested for William Krasevic, Jr., a minor $ 3,123.44
Total Settlement $ 5,500.00
3. The funds shall be invested by Petitioner, William J. Krasevic, Sr., on
behalf of William Krasevic, Jr., a minor, as follows:
a. in Certificates of Deposit to the extent possible, not to exceed such
sums as are fully insured by F.D.I.C.; and
b. the balance which cannot be invested in Certificates of Deposit, if
any, in a Savings Account, not to exceed such sums as are fully insured
with F.D.I.C.
Each account on behalf of William Krasevic, Jr., shall be marked as follows:
No withdrawals prior to age 18 without prior court approval.
4. The law firm of Schmidt Kramer PC, shall oversee that the directives set
forth in the preceding paragraph are carried out.
5. The Petitioner is directed to execute the Parents Release and Indemnity
Agreement attached to the Petition as Exhibit "D".
