The Petitioners are William Stevens, an adult individual residing at 8 Orange Street, Mt. Holly Springs, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania and Lisa Thomas, an adult individual residing at 33 Chestnut Ridge Road, Gardners, Cumberland County', Pennsylvania. 2. The Respondent is Theresa Stevens, an adult individual residing at 216 Scenic Drive, Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. 3. William Stevens and Theresa Stevens are the parents of two children, Adam Stevens, date of birth 7/6/85 of 7/27/86. Petitioners seek custody of those children. children have lived with Lisa A. Chestnut Ridge Road in Gardners, Pennsylvania 2000, and prior to that they Thomas and William Saidis, Shuff, Flower Thomas at 33 since March of lived with William Stevens and and Andrew SAIDIS SHUFF, FLOWER LINDSEY w. Holly Springs, Pennsylvania 7. The motlher of the children is Theresa Stevens, her address is 216 Scenic Drive, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania. 8. The relationship of the Plaintiff is that maternal aunt and she lives with both of the boys. 9. The best interest and permanent welfare of the children will be served by granting the relief requested. The children have been residing with the Petitioner, Lisa Thomas, for the past year, are comfortable in the environment, and continue to see their father on a regular basis. Gilroy, Esq. , the conciliator, at 4th Floor, Cumberland County Courthouse, Carlisle on Thursday, April 12, 2001 at 10:30 a.m. for a Pre-Hearing Custody Conference. At such conference, an effort will be made to resolve the issues in dispute; or if this cannot be accomplished, to define and narrow the issues to be heard by the court, and to enter into a temporary order. The Mother, Teresa Stevens, the Father, William Stevens and the minor children's cousin, Lisa A. Thomas, shall enjoy shared legal custody of Adam C. Stevens, bom July, 6, 1985; and Andrew C. Stevens, bom July 27, 1986. 2, Lisa A. Thomas shall enjoy primary physical custody of the minor children. 3. The Father shall enjoy periods of temporary physical custody with the minor children pursuant to a schedule that the Father and Ms. Thomas will work out between themselves. 4. The Mother shall enjoy periods of temporary physical custody with the minor children as follows: A. On alternating Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. and on one evening per week at a time to be arranged between the parties. B. It is anticipated that Mother's periods of temporary custody shall be expanded as time progresses assuming the Mother's periods of rune with the minor children proceed without incident. The parties can work out between themselves an expansion of custody as they agree. C. Mother shall also have temporary custody of the minor children for the holidays pursuant to a scheduled as agreed upon by the parties. 5. In the event either party desires to have the minor children involved in any counseling programs, the other party will cooperate in providing the children to that counseling. In the event either party desires to modify this order, that party may petition the court to have the case against scheduled with the Custody Conciliator for a Conciliation Conference. CC; Johnna J.
