Anne Marie Saladigo and Donald L Gossard The testimony at the hearing on February 19, 2008 indicated that Mr. Gossard and Ms. Saladigo previously jointly purchased a property in the Courtyards of Carlisle. The Courtyards of Carlisle is a condominium development, with a monthly association fee, currently $121.00/month. Unfortunately, on the same day that they moved in, Ms. Saladigo kicked Mr. Gossard out of the residence, and he has been residing elsewhere every since. Also unfortunately, neither Ms. Saladigo, who was not present at the hearing, nor Mr. Gossard has been paying the association fees since August of 2006. As a result, they are significantly behind in the payments, and have also incurred late fees. As a co-owner of the property, Mr. Gossard is equally liable along with Ms. Saladigo for the amounts that have not been paid. As a result of the above, Judgment is being awarded for the plaintiff in the amount of $2858.57. This amount includes monthly fees of $2207.61, late fees of $390.18, a violation fine of $150.00, certified mailing fees of $9.28, and court costs of $101.50. Not included is the requested "collection fee" of $300.00, which this Court is refusing to award on the basis that plaintiff is being otherwise compensated for their efforts in collecting these fees. Finally, it should be noted that because both Defendants are co- owners of the property, the Judgment is being made jointly and severally liable against both Ms. Saladigo and Mr. Gossard.
