The sum or amount of the aforesaid rnawafals and labor owed by the said Defendant to Plaintiff is $783.60. Defendant submitted a claim to her homeowners insurance company, State Farm Pursuant to Defendant's request, on or about August 21, 2000, Plaintiff submitted the invoice to State Farm In~mnce via facsimile 9. On or about November 2, 2000, Plaintiff received a payment in the amount $1,122.12 from State Fatrn. 10. As a result of the November 2, 2000, payment, Defe~dant owes a balance of $783.60. 11.
