AGRAFIOTIS, of the Township of Hampden, Co and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind understanding, do make, publish and declare this as and for my Last Wil] revoking and making void all former wills and codicils by me at anytime FIRST. I order and direct that all my just debts and funeral exper Executors, Executor or Executrix, as the case maybe, hereinafter named, may be done after my decease. SEC ND. I order and direct that all the rest, residue and personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situated, shall be ~ parts, which I give, devise and bequeath to the persons as follows: A. .One such equal part of my residuary estate unto MARIA DEVER, absolutely and in fee simple, if she survives B. One. such equal part of my residuary estate unto A. YELK, absolutely and in fee simple, if he survives me. If either of my children shall not survive me, I order and direct that the deceased child shall be distributed unto her or his issue by stirpes byre capita, but subject to the protective trust provisions in Item Third herei any beneficiary who has not attained the age of twenty-five (25) years at distribution.
