Edward shall indicate hia intention to exercise this option by delivering a writing to my Executors within two months of my death. If Edward does not exercise his option my other children shall have a like right to purchase the property and the priority of their option rights shall be determined by a drawing of lots. Settlement shall be held within two months after the exercise of the option, and any share of my estate passing to a child under this will may be used, in whole or in part, as payment therefor. ITEM IV: I appoint my Executors and their successors guardian of any property which passes, either under this will or otherwise, to a minor and with respect to which I am authorized to appoint a guardian and have not otherwise specifically done so, provided that this ap- pointment of a guardian shall not supersede the right of any fiduciary in its discretion to distribute a share where possible to the minor or to another for the minor's benefit. Brucklacher a certain bond and warrant ("Bond") dated January 12, 1995, in the principal amount of Sixty-five Thousand and NO/100 ($65,000.00) Dollars which Bond is secured by a certain mortgage ("Mortgage") from Mortgagor to Thomas C Brucklacher and Barbara J. Brucklacher dated January 12, 1995, which Mortgage encumbers certain real property together with all buildings, improve- ments, fixtures and equipment located thereon (the "Property") located at 327 Fifth Street, New Cumberland, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, which Property is more fully described in said Mortgage and which Property is also described in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof.
