AND NOW, this 24th day of September, 2010, upon
consideration of the Petition for the Appointment of Permanent
Plenary Guardians of the Person and Estate Pursuant to 20 P.S.
Section 5511, and upon consideration of the acknowledged statement
which has been marked as AIP Exhibit 1 of Dr. Michael Gawlas
indicating that the appearance of the allegedly incapacitated
person at the hearing on today's date would be detrimental to his
welfare and traumatizing, and pursuant to a consent of the
allegedly incapacitated person's counsel, Grace D'Alo, Esquire, the
requirement for the appearance of George W. King, an allegedly
incapacitated person, is waived at this hearing.
