In confirmation with our conversation on Friday, please find enclosed the
additional documents required to have Chad E. Shambaugh, appointed as executor under
his grandmother's Will:
1. Original and one (1) copy of the Praecipe of Appearance;
2. A check in the amount of $123.50 representing the fees to probate the
Estate.
Please file the original Praecipe of Appearance, and return atime-stamped copy to
me in the envelope previously provided along with time-stamped copies of the Petition
for Grant of Letters, Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, undeposited check for
$153.50, a receipt for probate fees, and the Letters themselves.
