SETTLEN~NT AND FINAL RELEASE

ESTATE OF MARTHA H. SHUFFLEBARGER
Martha H. Shufflebarger, late of Cumberland County,
deceased, died testate on September 5, 2009. Her

testament was duly executed on April 3, 2001. On Sept tuber 14, 2009,
the original document was recorded in the Cumberland Cou ty Register of
Wills as an entry in Estate No. 21-09-0860;
Martha H. Shufflebarger, by her last will and t stament, named
William Minor Shufflebarger, as Executor of said ast will and
testament; i
Letters testamentary on the estate of the said dec~dent were duly
issued on September 14, 2009 by the Register of Wills of Cumberland,
County, Pennsylvania, to Mr. Shufflebarger, hereinafter ~al.led personal
representative.
The personal representative gathered the assets of the estate of
his late mother. The assets consisted of real and person 1 property, to
a total gross value of $436,155.00, as set forth in Exhi it A, which is
an Inventory filed with the Cumberland County Register of Wills, and
which is attached hereto and marked Exhibit A.
All the assets have been converted to personal pro~e~ty, and the
entire estate, has been distributed, some in kind, and tY~e remainder in
cash to the undersigned heirs. The undersigned heirs agree that the
full value of the aforesaid property has been distribut d and disposed

of to their satisfaction.
The debts and deductions, including the payment of ~iinheritance tax
in the said estate, have been paid in full and the Personal
Representative has no knowledge o~f any unpaid claims.
We, individually by the signing of this Settle ent and Final
Release, as heirs under the last will and testament, ackn vsledge that we
have received or will receive upon delivery of this Settl ment and Final
Release, from the aforesaid Personal Representative, all sum or sums of
money, legacies, bequests, and devises as were give devised and
bequeathed to each of us respectively by our beloved Mother and as
established her last will and testament.
Each of us does hereby stipulate that in order to av id the expense
and time involved in the filing of a formal account a d schedule of
distribution, we each agree that no account is necess ry and we do
hereby agree that we do consent to distribution being m de without the
filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the satt~e to be with
the same force and effect as if they had been filed and c nfirmed by the
Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Pennsylvania, Cu erland County
Branch.
We and each of us, do hereby remise, release quitcl i~- and forever
discharge the said Personal Representative, his heirs, ~xecutors, and
administrators and assigns of and from the said estate end from all
actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings, claim and demands
whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, ti}atter, cause
or thing whatsoever, touching upon the estate of the o r Mother, and

each of us do further hereby covenant and agree tat should any
liability come due to the estate of the said decedent after the signing
of this agreement, we and each of us do hereby covenant and agree with
each other and the aforesaid Personal Representative, ,that we will
contribute pro-rata, our share of the estate to satis r any and all
claims, demands, suits, or causes of action which may a successfully
prosecuted against the said estate or the afor skid Personal
Representative after the signing, sealing and delivery of this family
settlement agreement and final release.
