I, Michael Ro~ert Kelly, am withdrawing my request for the custody hearing scheduled on
October 20, 010 for my children Spencer Payne Kelly (DOB 4/4/97) and Hansen Michael Kelly
(DOB 11/26/'9). ~~

I, Michael Rojbert Kelly, give Ann Hilary Kelly, the children's mother, f>6fi`physical and'`egal
custody of S~encer and Hansen. I also give her my permission to enroll the children in school in
Stone Harbor, New Jersey. They will also be enrolled in religious instruction classes at Maris
Stella Catholic Church in Avalon.
The custody.. schedule of October 11, 2002 will remain in effect with both parties taking
into/accept the children's wishes as well as school/religious functions.
