SMITH, of North Newton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and disposition, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void any and all Wills, Codicils, or writings in the nature thereof, by me at any time heretofore made. FIRST: PAYMENT OF EXPENSES - I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses, including my gravemarker and all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the administration of my estate. SECOND: PHOTOGRAPHS AND JEWELRY - I direct that my children divide my photographs and jewelry as can be agreed among them.
