WILSON I, James E. Wilson, of North Middleton Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament and revoke all Wills and Codicils previously made by me. ITEM I: I direct that all my debts and funeral expenses, including all expenses of my last illness, shall be paid from my residuary estate as soon as practicable after my decease as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. Dollars to my daughter, Lois Ann Wilson. ~'~ ITEM IV: I have not included an equal bequest in this my last Will for my daughter, Linda Lee Engberg, because I have advanced to her a similar sum during my lifetime, which advancement, whether evidenced by note or other form of indebtedness, shall not be considered as an asset of my estate or deducted from my said daughter's share. ITEM V: I bequeath any automobiles or motor vehicles I may own at my death, my personal effects, household goods, and other tangible personal property of like nature (not including cash or securities), together with any existing insurance thereon, to such ~, of my daughters as are then living, to be divided between them due regard for their with personal preferences and as they shall agree. I direct that any of the foregoing articles not selected by m s daughters shall be Y aid sold at public or private sale by my personal representative, and I further direct that the net proceeds thereof shall be administered and distributed as a part of the residue o my estate. f ITEM VI: I direct that the residue of m be sold at public or Y estate shall private sale by my personal representative, and I further devise and bequeath the residue of my estate of ever nature and wherever situate Y as follows: A. Forty (40~) percent thereof to my daughter, Lois Ann Wilson. B. Sixty (60/) percent thereof to my daughter, Linda Lee Engberg. ITEM VII: All Federal , State and other death taxes payable because of my death, with respect to the property forming m r estate for tax Y g oss purposes, whether passin g under this Will or other- wise, including any interest or penalty imposed in connection wit such tax h shall be considered a part of the expense of the adminis- tration of my estate and shall be paid out of the principal of my residuary estate without a pportionment or right of reimbursement. ITEM VIII: I appoint my dau hter g Linda Lee Engberg, Executrix of this my last Will, and direct that my said daughter shall be paid the customary and usual fee for her services as Executrix. ITEM IX: I direct that all fiduciaries acting under this C.. ~ '~ i ,` Will, whether or not named herein, shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
