STIPULATION
The undersigned parties hereby agree and Stipulate that the Respondent, Diane
D. Duncan, has been discharged from care as the result of an accident which occurred
on May 3, 2008. The undersigned agrees and thereby stipulates that should she file any
additional claims under the aforementioned date of loss, that she would agree to submit
to an Independent Medical Examination absent a Petition to Compel In
acknowledgment of this agreement, the Petitioner will withdraw the pending Petition to
Compel IME, without prejudice.
