consideration of the Joint Petition of the Borough of Camp Hill
and Cathy L. Sowers To Quitclaim Donated or Dedicated Property,
and following a hearing at which evidence was presented in
support of the petition, and at which no evidence was presented
in opposition thereto, and at which no person appeared in
opposition to the petition, the record is declared closed, and
the matter is taken under advisement.
Counsel are requested to submit to the Court an
order satisfactory to them effecting a granting of the petition.
