The DILLSBURG AREA AUTHORITY hereby files its claim in the amount of Eight
Hundred Seventeen Dollars ($817.00) plus costs of Nineteen Dollars ($19..00) and reasonable
attorney's fees of Four Hundred Dollars ($400.00), for a total of ONE THOUSAND TWO
HUNDRED THIRTY- SIX DOLLARS, ($1,236.00), and sets forth in support thereof, the
following:
1. The claimant is the DILLSBURG AREA AUTHORITY, of Dillsburg,
County of York, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, with its principal office located
at 98 West. Church Street, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania, 17019.
2. The name of the owner of the property against which this Municipal Lien
is filed is GEOFFREY T. CRAGG, whose current mailing address is P.O. Box 3496,
Parker, Colorado 80134.

3. The property against. which this Municipal Lien is filed is known and
municipally numbered as 308 Widders Drive, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

4. The authority under which this Lien is filed is the Municipal Claims Act of
1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as amended (53 P.S. §7101, et seq.).
5. This Municipal Lien is filed to secure an interest for sewer rentals for
Geoffrey T. Cragg, identified as Account No. 4036 levied, assessed or established for
a period of time from January 2010 through October 2010, together with interest.
thereafter pursuant to the rules and regulations of the Authority.
6. Statement of Claim: See attached Exhibit "A," reflecting details supporting
a claim, for sewer rental fees of $817.00 plus costs as aforesaid.
7. The sewer rentals were duly established, levied, and assessed by the
DillsburgArea Authority of York County, Pennsylvania, being the lawfully empowered
body under the several Acts of Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
governing such matters, for the purpose of providing water services to the property of
the Defendants.
