Owner, and against ALL THAT CERTAIN tract or parcel of land situate in Lower Allen Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as 16 Walnut Lane, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania 17011 and
more particularly bounded and described in Cumberland County Deed Book 191 Page 35 et seg.

compliance with said Resolutions, and the Municipal Claims Act of 1923, May 16, P.L. 207, as
amended, 53, P. S. §7101, et seq.
