(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc., Dated 104-16 and intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Matthew A. Bowen and Catherine A. Bowen

NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL of the following tract of land situated in Southampton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, described as follows:
BEGINNING at a set iron pin at the northwestern corner of Lot 23 as shown on a final
subdivision plan for North Middle Spring Estates; thence along Lot 23, South 26 degrees
59 minutes 59 seconds West, 150.00 feet to a set iron pin; thence along lands now or
formerly of Harold E. & Erma D. Hinkle and lands now or formerly of Ronald J. and
Karen M. Zeigler, North 63 degrees 00 minutes 01 seconds West, 100.00 feet to a set iron
pin; thence along Lot 25, North 26 degrees 59 minutes 59 seconds East, 150.00 feet to a
set iron pin; thence along the southern right of way line of Pike Court, South 63 degrees
00 minutes 01 seconds East, feet to a set iron pin, said pin being the point of
BEGINNING.
