I, JACS LEROY ARNOLD, of Shippensburg, Cumberland County, Pennsythtania, do
hereby make, publish and declare this to be my last will and testament, hereby revoking all wills
heretofore made by me.
1. I direct my personal representative to pay all of my debts, funeral and administrative
expenses as soon as convenient after my demise. I direct that all inheritance taxes iinlbosed or
payable by reason of my death and interest and penalties thereon with respect to all property,
whether or not such property passes under this Will, shall be paid by my personal rep>esentative out
of my estate.
2. I authorize and empower my personal representative to sell any realty end/or
personally owned by me at my death and not specifically devised or bequeathed hereit}, ~t public or
private sale or sales and to give good and sufficient deeds and/or bills of sale therefore, in fee
simple, as I could do if living. My representative is authorized and empowered to ge in an~c.
business in which I may be engaged at my death, for such period of time after my ~~as sees

Chest to Jill N. McGuire.
C. 1924 Model T Coupe to Jacob M. Brenneman.
D. 1925 Model T Roadster to Timothy R. Brenneman.
E. Military Dress Rifle and Boy Scout Rifle to my wife, Cindy W. Armold.
F. The remaining guns will be divided so that each of my grandchil~en receives
one and the remaining divided between all four children by a lo~tekry.
4. I give, devise and bequeath the rest, residue, and remainder of my est~tie of whatever
nature and wherever situate to my wife, Cindy W. Arnold.
5. If Cindy W. Arnold does not survive me by a period of at least thirty ~31O) days, then
I direct that my home and the contents of my home, excluding the contents of the ga~rdge, be sold
and the proceeds to be split equally among my four children, Jason A. Arnold, Jill N. I'~McGuire,
Jacob M. Brenneman, and Timothy R. Brenneman and I give, devise and bequeath thle rest, residue
and remainder of my estate to my four children, Jason A. Arnold, Jill N. McGuire, Jaciab M.
Brenneman, and Timothy R. Brenneman.
6. I hereby nominate and appoint my wife, CINDY W. ARNOLD, indivlidually, to be
my personal representative of my estate, to serve without bond. If CINDY W. ARNt'~LD cannot or
does not serve, then I appoint JASON A. ARNOLD and JACOB M. BRENNEMAI~f ~s Co-
Executors of this my last Will and Testament.
7. I suggest that my personal representative retain the services of Wolf &I Wolf,
Attorneys at Law of Carlisle, Pennsylvania in the settlement of my estate.
