ORDER APPROVING COMPROMISE PURSUANT TO Pa.R.C.P. 2206
AND NOW this ~~ day of ~~'~'~' 2010, it is hereby
ORDERED and DECREED that the Petition of David A. Delp and Steven C.
Delp for a compromise Settlement on behalf of the Estate of Betty L. Delp is
APPROVED.
1. The proceeds of the settlement shall be distributed in the following
manner:
TOTAL SETTLEMENT
Attorney fees (30%)
Attorney expenses -Schmidt Kramer PC
Medicare Lien (estimated by Medicare)
Net Recovery to Client
Subject to adjustment necessary to pay final Medicare lien.

2. The Petitioners may execute any reasonable Release necessary to
effectuate the settlement.
3. The proceeds shall be allocated with 40% to Wrongful Death and
60% Survival Action.
3. Schmidt Kramer P.C. shall pay the Medicare lien stated in the
Final Medicare letter, and distribute all other moneys to Steven Tiley, as
attorney for the Estate of Betty L. Delp for distribution in accordance with the
allocation in this order and applicable law.
