I, PAUL W. CLIPPINGER, presently residing at 122 West King,;==Street, '
Shippensburg Borough, Cumberland County, PA 17257, zip being of sound mind, memory and
disposition, do hereby make, publish and declare this my Last Will and Testament, hereby
revoking and making void all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST. I order and direct the payment of all my legally enforceable debts and
tiaatci°al expenses as soon as maybe convenient after my d~;~;ease.
51~;UNI~. I give and bequeath my corr~ez• cupboard presently located in the dining
r~~atn of my home to my granddaughter, LYNN CON(.1VF~R, absolutely,
'THIRD. I give and bequeath my cedar chest located in the bedroom of my home to
my son, ROYD KEYS, absolutely.
FOURTH. I direct that my step-son, MICHAEL C. MILLER shall have the right to
purchase the tract of real estate that I own in Lurgan 'Township, Franklin County, Pennsylvania.,
and more specifically described in Franklin County, Pennsylvania Deed Book 728 at Page 667 at
its current fair market value at the time of my death as determined by a competent appraisal or
appraisals to be secured by my hereinafter named Co-Executors, less the full sum of FOUR
THOUSAND ($4,000.00) DOLLARS to take into account the garage building erected on said
real estate by the said Michael C. Miller, upon the following terms and conditions:
a. MICHAEL C. MILLER shall notify the estate in writing of his interest to
exercise his right to purchase pursuant to this Paragraph within forty-five
(45) days of my Will being entered for probate a.nd his receipt of a copy of
this my Last Will and Testament.
b. Final settlement shall occur within ninety (90) days of my Will being
entered for probate and Michael C. Miller's receipt of a copy of this my
Last Will and Testament.
FIFTH. I direct that my step-son ROBERT E. MILLER, SR. shall have the right
to purchase my interest in certain mountain ground that I own located in Letterkenny Township,
Franklin County, Pennsylvania, and more specifically described in Franklin County Deed Book
72~ at page 670 at its current fair market value at the time of my death as determined by a
competent appraisal or appraisals to be secured by my hereinafter named Co-Executors.
a. ROBERT E. MILLER, SR. shall notify the estate in writing of his interest
to exercise his right to purchase pursuant to this Paragraph within forty-five
(45) days of my Will being entered for probate and his receipt of a copy of
this my Last Will and Testament.

SIXTH. With respect to the funds in my name at the Orrstown Bank, Shippensburg,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, presently consisting of a checking account, savings accoutlt
and a certificate or certificates of deposit, I give and bequeath the full sum of FIFTI+:F:N
THOUSAND ($15,000) DOLLARS from said funds to my beloved step-daughter, BONITA K.
OCKER, absolutely, on a per stirpes distribution basis. I then. give and bequeath any said funds
over and above the fifteen thousand dollar pecuniary bequest to BONITA K. OCKER to all of
my step-children including the said BONI'TA K. OCKER as follows on a per stirpes distribution
basis:
ONE SHARE to EVERETT L. MILLER, JR. presently residing at 8?,
Lloyd Childers Road, Falkville, Alabama 35622
ONE SHARE to ROBERT E. MILLER, SR. presently residing at 338
Strohm Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257
ONE SHARE to JEFFREY A. MILLER presently residing at 22 Rustic
Drive, Shippensburg, PA 17257
ONE SHARE to MICHAEL C. MILLER presently residing at 6315
McClays Mill Road, Newburg, PA 17240
ONE SHARE to TERF.SA A. CLOUGH presently residing at 8810
Pineville Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257
ONE SHARE to PAMF,IaA J. PEVAHOUSE presently residing at 432
Maize Lane, Bunker Hill, West Virginia 25413
ONE SHARE to BONITA K. OCKER presently residing at 13 Kail
Avenue, Shippensburg, PA 1'1257
SEVENTH. In the event that my funds on deposit at the Orrstown Bank and certificate
or certificates of deposit at the said Orrstown Bank are insufficient to pay in full :my $15,000.00
pecuniary bequest to the said BONITA lt. OC; KER, I direct that any deficit be paid from the rest
and residue of my estate, it being my specific intent and desire to honor in full my pecuniary
bequest to my beloved step-daughter, BONITA K. OCKER.
EIGHTH. I give, devise and bequeath all of the rest, residue, remainder of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate, to my son, ROYD KEYS presently
residing at 3917 Victoria Lakes Drive South, Jacksonville, FL 32226. In the event that the said
ROYD KEYS should predecease me or is not living on the 60th day following my death, I then
give, devise and bequeath all my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever
situate to my step-daughter, BONITA K. OCKER, on a per stirpes distribution basis.
NINTH. I nominate, constitute and appoint my son, ROYD KEYS, and my step-
daughter, BONITA K. OCKER or the survivor thereof, to be the Co-Executors of this my Last

TENTH. I direct that my personal representatives shall not be required to give bond
for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
ELEVENTH. I direct that any and all death taxes which become due and payable upon my
death be paid out of the rest and residue of my estate.
