AND NOW, in consideration of the aforegoing Petition to Appoint Guazdia~4of ~~
the Property of a Minor Child, it has been determined that James Thomas Guest, II is in need of a
guardian to be appointed for his property. In furtherance thereto, the parties hereby agree to the
following:
1. April L. Casper and Mazk A. Casper shall be appointed as Guardians of the
property of the minor child, James Thomas Guest, II.
2. Guazdians shall be empowered to accept the life insurance proceeds of which
the minor child is a beneficiary in order to deposit them and safeguazd them as more fully set
forth as follows:
a. Guazdians shall place the life insurance proceeds in a blocked account
in a federally insured savings institution with the highest interest rate available in
the Central Pennsylvania area. Guardians would reserve the right to request the
Court for permission to access these funds to meet the necessary expenses of the
child, should the need arise; and
b. Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000) shall be set aside from the
aforementioned proceeds so that the minor child, James Thomas Guest, II may
use it towazds travel expenses in order to visit his paternal grandfather for the next
three summers. It is anticipated that the child will need approximately One
Thousand Dollars ($1,000) per trip each summer.

3. Guardians shall not be required to post bond.
4. James Thomas Guest, II or his agent have 20 days from the date of this decree
to file exceptions. Failure to file exceptions within that time will result in this decree become
final.
5. James Thomas Guest, II or his agent have been advised of the right to appeal
and to petition to modify or terminate the guardianship by copy of this decree and by the
Statement of Rights attached hereto.
6. Guardians pledge to carefully guard the money in question and otherwise make
sure that the remainder is placed in a blocked account in a federally insured banking institution.
