As per the AMENDr~" STS TO SUPREME COURT ORPHANS' COURT RULES,
NO. 103 SUPREME CURT RULES DOCKET N0.1, for decedents dying on
or after July 1, 1992, the personal representative or his
counsel, within ten (10) days after giving proper notice to the
beneficiaries and intestate heirs as required by subdivision
(a) of Rule 5.7, shall file with the Register of Wills o:r Clerk
of the Orphans' Court his/her Certification of Notice.
