ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in MONROE TOWNSHIP, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, bounded and described
pursuant to a survey by Gerrit J. Bet'z, Registered Surveyor, dated September 9, 1972, as follows:
BEGINNING at a point in the center of L.R. 21068, also 'known as Sinmaons Road on the dividing lien between Lots Nos. 3 and 4 on
the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots; thence by said dividing line, North eighty-four (84) degrees forty-five (45) minutes East, three
hundred seventy-eight and sixty-nine one-hundredths (378.69) feet to a hub; thence by land now or formerly of Woodrow
Pertenbangh, South forty-nme (49) degrees fifty-six (56) minutes East, three eighteen and forty-two one-hundredths (318.52) feet to
an iron pin; thence by the dividing line between Lots Nos. 2 and 3 on said to a point in the center of L.R. 2 1068 aforesaid; thence by
the center of said Road, North three (03) degrees thirty-two (32) minutes West, two twenty-six and ninety-five one-hundredths
(226.95) feet to the place of BEGINNING. CONTAINING 2.44 acres, more or less.
BEING the same prenfises which Joseph A. Walker and Mary A. Walker, Husband and wife, by Deed dated the 16th day of June,
1988, and recorded at Cumberland Cotmty in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds, in and for the County of Cumberland, on the 27th
day of June, 1988, in Record Book K33, Page 745, granted and conveyed unto Anthony M. Falvo and Katherine M. Falvo, his wife.
