consideration of the attached Custody Conciliation Report, it is ordered and directed as
follows:
1. The prior Orders of Court dated August 27, 2007 and August 5, 2010 shall
remain in full force and effect with the following addition:
2. The parents shall schedule a joint meeting with officials at Plainfield
Elementary School to discuss Emily's need for an IEP within one week of this Order.
3. This Order is entered pursuant to an agreement of the parties at a Custody
Conciliation Conference. The parties may modify the provisions of this Order by mutual
consent. In the absence of mutual consent, the terms of this Order shall control. The
Conciliator shall hold jurisdiction for ninety days. Either party may contact the
Conciliator and schedule another conciliation conference within ninety days from the
date of this order.

CUSTODY CONCILIATION SUMMARY REPORT
IN ACCORDANCE WITH CUMBERLAND COUNTY RULE OF CIVIL
PROCEDURE 1915.3-8, the undersigned Custody Conciliator submits the following
report:
1. The pertinent information concerning the Children who aze the subject of
this litigation is as follows:

2. A Conciliation Conference was held in this matter on October 26, 2010,
with the following individuals in attendance: The Mother, Frances J. Mabe A/K/A
Frances J. Carter, with her counsel, Susan Kay Candiello, Esquire and the Father, David
L. Austin, with his counsel, Michael A. Scherer, Esquire.
3. Prior Orders of Court were entered by the Honorable Edward E. Guido
dated August 27, 2007 and August 5, 2010 providing for shazed legal custody and shared
physical custody on a week on/week off schedule and that the children would attend
Plainfield Elementary School.
4. The parties agreed to the entry of an Order in the form as attached.
