'3 -.J APPLICATION FOR AN EXTENTION OF TIME TO FILE AUDITOR'S REPORT ~~~da of November, 2010, comes Joseph D. Buckle , Es uire, the AND NOW this y y q Auditor appointed in the above captioned matter, pursuant to Rule 8.2 of the Rules of the Orphan's Court and applies for an extension to file his report based on the following: 1. On September 19, 2008 the Honorable J. Wesley Oler, Jr. appointed the undersigned as the Auditor. 2. On June 16, 2010, the undersigned completed 33 days of hearings covering a period beginning April 21, 2009 through June 16, 2010. 3. The hearings have generated thirty-three (33) volumes of the Notes of Testimony in this matter total nearly 6,000 pages and the accompanying Exhibits total in the thousands of pages. 4. At the close of hearing the parties present agreed that a sixty day period following receipt of the final volumes of transcripts would be sufficient for each to file a brief in support of his or her, or their positions. 5. The undersigned did receive a briefs from the parties, the last brief being received October 10, 2010 from Objector Barbara Mann Mumma. 6. Based on the amount of transcripts, exhibits and other information, together with his own work schedule, the undersigned cannot complete a thorough review and requests that he be given thirty (30) days to file his final report in this matter.
