Ii 12 Debtor: Secured Party: Cumberland County Industrial Development Authority First Union National Bank SCHEDULE "A" (a) All dght, title and interest of the Debtor in and to the Loan Agreement dated as of Mamh 1, 2001 (the "Agreement") between the Debtor and Jeffrey A. Lundeen (the "Borrower") and the security granted thereunder and under the Collateral Documents (as such capitalized term and all other capitalized terms used herein and not otherwise defined are defined in the Trust Indenture dated as of Mamh 1,2001 (the "Indenture"), between the Debtor and the First Union National Bank (the "Trustee"), as trustee) and the Bond Documents, including, but not limited to (i) the obligation of the Borrower under the Agreement to make payments at such times and in such amounts as are necessary to pay the principal of, interest and redemption premium, if any, on the Bonds, (ii) the present and continuing right to make claim for, collect, receive and receipt for any of the sums, amounts, income, revenues, issues and profits and any other sums of money payable to receivable under the Agreement, the Collateral Documents and the Bond Documents (except for the right to receive any Administrative Expenses and any Additional Payments to the extent payable to the Debtor and any rights of the Debtor to indemnification), (iii) to bring actions and proceedings thereunder or for the enforcement thereof, and (iv) to do any and all things which the Debtor is or may become entitled to do under the Agreement, the Collateral Documents and the Bond Documents.
