AND NOW, comes Petitioner, Cortney N. Mahoney, by and throu h her ~
attorneys Smigel, Anderson & Sacks, to file this Motion to Make Citation Absolute and
avers in support as follows:
1• On September 1, 2010, the undersigned counsel filed a Petition for
Citation in the above-captioned matter.
2• On September 8, 2010, Glenda Farner Strasbaugh, Register of Wills,
issued a Citation to Deborah K. Mahoney and John Thomas Mahoney, Jr., returnable
twenty (20) days from service, as to why letters of administration should not be granted
to Cortney N. Mahoney.
3• Both Deborah K. Mahoney and John Thomas Mahoney, Jr. were served
with the Citation by this Honorable Court via certified mail on October 16, 2010
addressed to 503 S. West Street, Apt. C, Carlisle, PA 17013.
4• Neither Deborah K. Mahoney nor John Thomas Mahoney, Jr. has
responded to the Court's Citation.
WHEREFORE, the undersigned respectfully requests this Honorable Court to
make its Citation absolute and issue letters of administration to Cortney N. Mahoney.
