STIPULATION AGAINST
WHEREAS, Matthew D. Harshbarger and Tara A.
wife, of 104 Willow Street, York Springs, Pennsylvania, hereinai
entered into a contract with H & M Enterprises, Inc. of 711 Range
17019, hereinafter called "Contractor", for the erection or constructi,
DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as 22 Springwoods Lane,
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17324, described in E)

record.
NOW THEREFORE, it is stipulated and agreed be
the contract and in further consideration thereof, that neither the Contra
materialmen, nor any person furnishing labor and materials under the c
contract, may file a lien, commonly called a Mechanics' Lien, i
supplemental contract, oral or written, for work done or materials
expressly waived. Contractor warrants and represents that no work of
no materials have been furnished, delivered or ordered in connectio
supplemental contract for extra work. Contractor further agrees to inde
all damages, costs and expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees si
