COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE
AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, Patricia Starner, by and
through her attorneys, Meyers, Desfor, Saltzgiver & Boyle and
files the following Complaint in Divorce and in support thereof
avers as follows:
1. Plaintiff is Patricia Starner, an adult individual who
currently resides at 2 Hall Drive, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania.
2. Defendant is Philip Starner, an adult individual who
currently resides at 14 Cromwell Court, Mechanicsburg,
Pennsylvania.
3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the Commonwealth
of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately
previous to the filing of this Complaint.
4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 8, 1993 in
Lancaster, Pennsylvania.
5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment
between the parties.
6. The marriage is irretrievably broken.
7. There are no children born of the marriage.
8. Plaintiff has been advised that counseling is available and
that plaintiff may have the right to request the court

require the parties to participate in counseling, being so
advised, Plaintiff waives that right.
9. Plaintiff requests the Court to enter a Decree of Divorce
pursuant to Section 3301(C) or 3301(D) of the Divorce Code.
WHEREFORE, Plaintiff, Patricia Starner, respectfully
requests this Honorable Court enter a Decree in Divorce pursuant
to Section 330t(C) or 3301(D) of the Divorce Code.
