CIVIL ACTION - LAW IN DIVORCE COMPLAINT IN DIVORCE AND NOW, comes the Plaintiff, Patricia Starner, by and through her attorneys, Meyers, Desfor, Saltzgiver & Boyle and files the following Complaint in Divorce and in support thereof avers as follows: 1. Plaintiff is Patricia Starner, an adult individual who currently resides at 2 Hall Drive, Dillsburg, Pennsylvania. 2. Defendant is Philip Starner, an adult individual who currently resides at 14 Cromwell Court, Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania. 3. Plaintiff has been a bona fide resident of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for at least six (6) months immediately previous to the filing of this Complaint. 4. The Plaintiff and Defendant were married on May 8, 1993 in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. 5. There have been no prior actions of divorce or annulment between the parties. 6. The marriage is irretrievably broken. 7. There are no children born of the marriage. 8.
