FIRST: PAYMENT OF EXPENSES - I order a.nd direct my personal representative hereinafter named to pay all of my just debts, funeral ~ex:penses and expenses involved or connected with the administration of my estate as soon after my death as is reasonably possible. If I do not own a burial plot or a grave marker at the Mime of my death, I authorize my Executrix, in her sole discretion, to purchase a burial plot and. to erect a suitable ;grave marker at my grave, and to expend sums from my estate for this purpose. SECOND: I direct that all of my estate, real, personal and mixed, whatsoever and wheresoever situate be sold and the proceeds divided equally among my five (`>) brothers, and sisters, namely, RICHARD L. KANN, JR., DAVID B. KAHN, LISA K. KELSO, KAROL ANN KANN and KOREY L. KANN. THIRD: WAIVER OF BOND - I direct that my Executrix shall not be required to give bond for the faithful performance of her duties in any jurisdiction. FOURTH: COMPENSATION OF FIDUCIARIES - My Executrix :>hall be entitled to reasonable compensation for her services rendered from time to time and to reimbursement of out-of-pocket expenses.
