FAMILY SETTLEMENT AGREEMENT ,,,
This Agreement made this ~~ day of I~U Ve Yh 1'.~e.Y, 2010, by end among the
personal representatives of the above Estate and the beneficiaries thereof.
WITNESSETH:
Whereas, the Decedent, Mary R. Andras, died testate, a resident of Curnb$rland County,
Pennsylvania, on June 3, 2010; and ',
Whereas, Decedent's Last Will was received for probate by the Register of'VlJills on June
25, 2010, and Betty J. Rudy and Richard M. Andras were appointed as Co-Executors of said Will
in accordance with its terms; and
Whereas, said Executors have completed the administration of the Est~t~, including
payment of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax in full and discharge of the Decedent's debts; and
Whereas, Decedent's Will named Betty J. Rudy and Richazd M. Andra$, Decedent's
children, as the sole residuary heirs of her estate; and
Whereas, said testate heirs have been furnished a copy of the Inheritance Tali, Return and
an informal accounting of the Executors' administration; and
Whereas, the net remaining Estate asset available for distribution to the saidd heirs is the
cash sum of $1,490.34; and

Whereas, said heirs hereby acknowledge receipt of their respective distributive shares,
i.e., $754.17 each.
NOW, THEFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises, and intendim~ to be legally
bound hereby, the heirs of said Estate, Betty J. Rudy and Richard M. Andras, hereby release, quit
claim and forever discharge the said Executors, their heirs, successors and assignsb from any and
all liability and further responsibility for the administration of said Estate a~ndj join with the
Executors in requesting that the Register of Wills mark the administration of !th$ estate in her
records as being completed pursuant to the requirements of Pa.O.C. Rule 6.12.
