WILBUR CORPMAN of the Borough of Lemoyne, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any will previously made by me. I - I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expen- ses out of my estate as soon as may be practical after my death. II - I devise my undivided interest in my house at 126 Woodside Road, Lemoyne, PA to my sister, Helen F. Gordon. Should my sister predecease me, then I devise said house to my nephew, Michael S. Gordan. III - I bequeath all of my tangible personal property, not including cash and securities, to my sister, Helen F. Gordon. Should my sister predecease me, then I bequeath all of my tangible personal prop- erty to my nephew, Michael S. Gordon. IV - I make the following bequests: A. The sum of $5,000 shall be paid to Christina Marie Tutto, daughter of Virginia S. Forney, now of Harrisburg, l?A. B. The sum of $5,000 shall be paid to Nathaniel M.
