KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, Department of Revenue,
the Plaintiff named in the above captioned judgment, at the
request of the North Newton Township of Cumberland County does by
these presents for no monetary considerationforever acquit,
exonerate, discharge and release from the lien and obligation of
the above entitled judgment and of and from all suits, actions,
executions, costs, damages and demands whatsoever, for or on
account or by reason of said judgment, the property bounded and
described as follows for use in widening the roadway known as Park
Circle, to wit:

ALL THAT CERTAIN tract of land situate in North Newton
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, consisting of the area
bounded on four sides by a thirty-three (33) foot wide road and
which is labeled "Grass Plot" as shown on Subdivision Plan known
as "Plan of Lots of Park Circle" which is recorded in the office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County,

Pennsylvania, in Plan Book 12, Page 49, being approximately
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point opposite Lots 1 and 15 at corner of a
thirty-three (33) foot wide road known as Park Circle; thence
along the easterly edge of the road in a northerly direction, one
hundred fourteen (114) feet to a point; thence continuing along
the southerly edge of the road in an easterly direction,
approximately three hundred twenty-seven (327) feet (more or less)
to a point at the corner of the road opposite Lots 7,8 and 9;
thence continuing along the westerly edge of the road in a
southerly direction, seventy-four (74) feet to a point at the
corner of the road opposite Lots 6, 5, and 4; thence continuing
along the northerly edge of the road in a westerly direction,
approximately three hundred twelve (312) feet (more or less) to
the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING the same premises which the Cumberland County Tax Claim
Bureau by their deed dated December 7, 1998 and recorded in the
office of the Recorder of Deeds in Deed Book 191, Page 369 granted
and conveyed unto William Edward Lowe, who bought same at an Upset
Tax Sale on September 28, 1998.
AND IT IS FURTHER AGREED that the plaintiff above named will
not look to the above described premises, or any part thereof, for
payment of any part of the principal and interest of said above
captioned judgment, now or hereafter to become due, or in any way
disturb, put to charge or damage, the present, or any future owner
or owners, occupier or occupiers of the said above described
premises or any part or portion thereof, for or by reason of the
said judgment or any matter, cause or thing, thence accruing or to
arise; provided that nothing herein contained shall affect the
said judgment or its legal validity so far as respects all other

lands and tenements of the said Defendant which are not herein
expressly released therefrom.
