CIVIL ACTION - LAW
10-7194 CIVIL TERM
IN RE: APPEAL FROM DRIVER'S SUSPENSION
ORDER OF COURT
AND NOW, this 11th day of January, 2011, following a
hearing on the petition for appeal from the driver's suspension
filed by the Petitioner, Emily A. Winters, the Court finds that the
Commonwealth has proven by a preponderance of evidence that she
did, in fact, violate the Vehicle Code by operating a motor vehicle
on June 28, 2010, and, therefore, the suspension previously imposed
by the Department on October 14, 2010, is reinstated and the appeal
is dismissed.
