PETITION OF JOHN H. BROUJOS, ESQUIRE,
TO WITHDRAW APPEARANCE FOR ESTATE OF MARIAN C. ELDER and LYNDA
E. HACKENBERG, ADMINISTRATIX
John H. Broujos, Esquire, 4 N. Hanover Street, PA 17013, hereby respectfully
petitions this Honorable Court for Leave to Withdraw Appearance as counsel for Lynda E.
Hackenberg, the Administratrix of the Estate of Marian C. Elder, deceased, and in support
thereof avers as follows:
1. Marian C. Elder died intestate on the 18th day of October 2009.
2. The decedent's daughter, Lynda E. Hackenberg, 108 South 27th Street, Camp Hill,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17011, duly qualified and was granted Letters of
Administration by the Register of Wills for Cumberland County on the 16th day of
December 2009.
3. The Administratix, Lynda E. Hackenberg, retained Attorney John H. Broujos to assist
her in the administration and settlement of her mother's estate.
4. Subsequent to the initial exchange of information to enable the proper processing of
estate administration, and despite repeated best efforts for further essential
communications, the Administratix refuses to cooperate with Petitioner herein.
