Enclosed please find the following for filing in your office:
A. Original and two copies of the completed Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax
Information Notice and Taxpayer Response form;
6. Original and two copies of the Inventory;
C. Two original and one copy of the Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax ~2eturn;
D. Check to Register of Wills in the amount of $30 to cover the filing fee for the
Inventory and Inheritance Tax Return; and,
E. Check to Register of Wills in the amount of $390 to cover the additional
probate fees.
As you will see on the enclosed Inheritance Tax Return, there is nothir-~ due for the
Inheritance Tax payment.
Please time-stamp all additional copies and return them to me in the enclosed, self-
addressed, stamped envelope.
