STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
This agreement made the ~ ~- day of ~-'%,*-~C--., -z~;/DL~ by and between
J&M RJ,ilding C~ ntractors, hereinafter referred to as "Contractor", and Robin E.
Hutchemon and ~------~l~n, hereinafter referred to as "Owners', whereby
the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct a house on that cedaln lot of
ground situate at:
301 Shed Road, Newvilte, PA 17241
Now therefore, this agreement w~esseth: That the said Contractor, for and in
consideration of the sum of (1.00) in hand, paid by Owners, the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowiedged, and further considera~on mentioned in the agreement
aforasa]d, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acffng through or
under them, covenant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shaft be filed or
maintained by them or any of them under said conlract or otherwise, for. towards, in,
or about ihe erection and cons~ct/on of Ihe said buildings on the lot above the said
contra~t Contractor, for themselves, lheir subcontractore and others under them
hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any
mechanic's liens or claims agair~-t the said buildings or any o[ them, and agree that
