WHEREAS, Emma Gene Elrick, who resided at 5225 Wilson Lane, Cun~b~rland County, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055, died on October 30, 2009, with a Will, and whose E~ta'te was opened on November 5, 2009, at the above number and term; and WHEREAS, Ree Dean has been duly appointed as Executrix of the Estate df Emma Gene Elrick, Deceased; and WHEREAS, the parties in interest for purposes of distribution of the Estate of Emma Gene Elrick, Deceased, are: (1) Ree Dean; (2) James L. Snyder, (3) Thelma Snyder; and (4) Grace Ann Gornik. WHEREAS, each of the above identified parties is entitled to a distribut~v~ share of the Estate; and WHEREAS, it is .the desire of the parties to this Agreement that final distrib~ltion of this Estate be accomplished without formal accounting to the Orphans' Court Divisions of tie Court of Common Pleas, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the parties to this Agreement to nxeiv~ tl~e following distributive shares of the Estate: A. NOW, THEREFORE, WITNESSETH, in consideration of the mutual promises, covenants and agreements recited herein the parties do agree as follows: 1. Miller, 7r., Esquire, Counsel for the ~Es~ate of Emma Gene Ehick, and Ree Dean, Executrix, from any and all liability vi~hi~C~ may from time to time arise in connection with services rendered as Counsel ~ t~~ Estate and as Executrix of the Estate of Emma Gene Elrick, Deceased. The parties do further agree to indemnify and hold harmless said Counsel to the Estate at~d'T~xecutrix of the Estate of Emma Gene Elrick, Deceased, from any and all liabi~it jr which may arise against the Estate from creditors or claimants. 2. Each of the parties does hereby acknowledge receipt of the cash aid, other assets described above and a full accounting of the Estate assets at~ta~hed to this Agreement as Exhibit "A", Summary of Account. 3. Each of the parties to this Agreement acknowledge that this A ept shall be indexed and recorded in the Estate proceedings and that the tenns~ebf shall be 2 binding upon his respective heirs, successors, administrators, and assigns. 4.
