I represent the Estate of Althea R. Showalter. Enclosed is
a check made payable to the Register of Wills, Agent in t:he
amount of $22,871.25, same constituting a prepayment at discount
on account of Pennsylvania inheritance taxes in the above-
captioned estate. The prepayment is determined as follows:
$535,000.00 multiplied by 4.50 or $24,075.00, less discount in
the amount of 50 or $1,203.75, resulting in payment of
$22,871.25. Please provide me with the appropriate receipt in
this matter. I am enclosing a stamped, addressed envelopE~ for
your convenience.
